Major structural changes involved this project and required a building permit and endorsement.

The project is in Greensborough, which is an old suburb in Melbourne, were all the houses are around 50 years plus old. It was a challenging job in all aspects to keep some part of the building structure instead of completely demolishing. We have coordinated all stages from getting the building permit, arranging all trades and subcontractors, stage inspections and completed the job within budget and in the time limit. The highlight of the project is that we completed the job in 7 months and is like a brand-new house with all new electrical, plumbing lines as well.
